PURPOSE:To improve the operating property and enable to have high function and high performance in order to use in multipurpose manner by a structure wherein a plurality of picture signal source means are provided and signals are selectively changed-over in order to be able to input to a display means in the cooking oven equipped with a picture display means. CONSTITUTION:A key 9a is used for indicating a category table on a cathode ray tube 8 and selecting keys 9c and 9d are used for moving a pointer on the cathode ray tube 8 to select desired menu in the category table. Step keys 9i and 9h are used for indicating menu, while the finished state, material to be used and cooking steps are indicated with the step key 9i in the normal order of cooking while being indicated with the step key 9h in the reverse order of cooking. A starting key 9j is used to start the cooking. A bill of material is printed-out with a key 9l. A key 9f is used for a television and a key 9g for monitoring. In such a manner as described above, the operating property is improved, resulting in enabling to use the oven in multipurpose manner.
