MANUFACTURE OF HEAT FIXING ROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce baking time in order to prevent heat deterioration of a silicone rubber layer and to enhance performance and quality by preheating a silicon roller in a specified temperature range not causing the heat deterioration before the baking of a coating film of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin. CONSTITUTION:The silicone roller is preheated in the temperature range of >=250 deg.C substantially not causing the heat deterioration before the baking of the coating film of the polytetrafluoroethylene. After the temperature of all the body of the roller has been raised, the coating film of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin is baked, thus permitting the baking time to be greatly reduced, the silicone rubber layer to be prevented from heat deterioration due to exposure to high temperature for a long time.
