PURPOSE:To make works under rainly weather or blazing sun easy by assembling in the order of up to down from the deck block to each block. CONSTITUTION:The top deck block 1 is supported to the predetermined height by stayes 2. And temporarilly install rails 5 for the overhead crane 4 under the bracket 3 temporarilly installed to stretch out to the deck block 1 and the both sides of it. Then, blocks are hung up by mutually joining in the order of blocks 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 by operation of the crane 4, and mutually connected, and arrange working blocks 11 to the under sides of each of the joined part and the joint of central tank bottom block 10 and outside tank outer plate block 9. Then, the outer tank bottom block 12 is lifted up, and joined to the blocks 7, 8, 9 located to the upper position, to finish complete assembly of the ship. |
