<p>The frame elements, such as (A, B, C) are kept in place by four angle-bars (1) arranged at the angles of the frame and by the cramps (5, 6, 7, 8) mounted on each angle-bar. On the other hand, each angle-bar comprises a semi-circular flat bossing (1e) surrounding its apex at right angles. The edge of this bossing is provided with a groove (4) wherein the cable (3) passes. The tensioning device (2) comprises a clamp (13) tightened by a screw (16) allowing to clamp between its body and its tightening part the two strands of the cable (3). The nut (23) bearing against the end side of the frame (10) acts on the threaded rod (22) and exerts a traction force on the clamp (13) by which the cable is tensioned and the frame elements are tightened against each other.</p> |
