PURPOSE:To obtain the microcapsule having a polyurethane wall film with high strength and excellent solvent resistance, as the microcapsule for a pressure sensitive copy paper, by using two kinds of isocyanate compounds having different structures together as a wall film material. CONSTITUTION:When a hydrophobic liquid to which aromatic multivalent isocyanate having a structural formulaI(wherein n is 1, 2, 3...) and an aliphatic multivalent isocyanate are added together is emulsified and dispersed in a hydrophilic liquid, a high molecular substance is formed at the interface of both liquids and coats hydrophobic liquid droplets to obtain microcapsules. In the obtained microcapsule, because the strength of a capsule film is enhanced and the oil droplet in the capsule is not extracted even in an atmosphere containing an org. solvent, it is suitable for the pressure sensitive copy paper. |
