PURPOSE:To rotate a shaft core by obtaining rotary force by employing the principle of a lever and a centrifugal force, gravity, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A current is flowed from a power source 5 to an electromagnetic coil 4 to operate magnetic force in the forward portion of rotation. When a current is flowed through the coil 4, magnetic force is acted on the forward coil in the vicinity of a blade 2, thereby attracting forwardly the balde 2. The coil 4 is sequentially energized to smoothly rotate the blade 2. |
