<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture packed chocolate cakes, in high efficiency, by transferring a film web, and continuously carrying out the printing of the film, forming of the chocolate container, supply of chocolate, cooling of the content and sealing with a lid. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 18 is printed with the printing means 3 to the surface of a film web 2 unwound from the holder, and cavities 22 are formed with the heat-forming means 4. The first chocolate layer is supplied to the cavity by the depositor 5, and cooled with a cooling means 6. The cavity is supplied with a handle 19, then with the second chocolate layer 20 with the depositor 8, and again cooled with a cooling means 9. The cavity containing the chocolate cake is sealed with the covering paper 10 supplied from the roll 11, and punched with a trimming means 14 to obtain the product. The residual film is wound to the roll 15.</p> |
