PURPOSE:To obtain a valve relatively small in size and large in capacity and to eliminate the necessity for a long and large-diameter spool as seen in the conventional spool type and also to make high-precision machining unnecessary by making it a poppet type two-way valve. CONSTITUTION:Poppet 7 is fitted in sleeve 6 that is fitted in casing 5. The poppet 7 is pressed against valve seat 9 beneath the sheeve 6 by spring 8 to cut off the connection between primary passage 10 and secondary passage 11. Cylinder 12 is provided behind poppet 7. Check valve 14 is placed in primary passage 10 of the poppet valve. Between the check valve 14 and poppet 7 head chamber 18 is connected by passage 17 in which throttle 16 is provided and also tank 21 is connected by branched passage 20 in which pilot relief valve 19 is installed. Rod chamber 22 of cylinder 12 is connected to passage 25 leading to hydraulic motor 3 by pilot pressure passage 24 in which throttle 23 is mounted. |
