PURPOSE:To achieve wear-proof, lubrication and cleaning performance, and excellent picture semi-permanently, by including silicone oil having active hydrogen at the end of a cleaning blade forming member for molding. CONSTITUTION:To a cleaning blade forming material made of urethane elastic body a silicone oil having active hydrogen at the end is included. As silicone oil used for this invention, for example, NCU silicone L-9000 is on market. When the durability is tested through repetitive picture development by curson process with the use of an Se photoreceptor drum and dry type development agent for the cleaning blade made of condensation polyester between ethyleneglycol, 1,4, butendiol and adipic acid, no wear at the tip of blade is caused at 60,000 revolutions per hour. |
