PURPOSE:To strengthen a female screw fixing part and to reduce inferior product by a method in which a female screw is attached onto the protrusion formed at the depression bottom of a die surface, and fibrous reinforcing material and forming material are inserted into the gap between the female screw and the depression peripheral wall and formed in one body. CONSTITUTION:A female screw 2 is attached onto a protrusion 4 at the state in which dies 11 and 12 are opened, then fibrous material 7 (e.g. glass fiber, asbestos fiber and organic fiber etc.) and forming material 10 are inserted into the gap 8 between the female screw 2 and the peripheral wall of a depression 13. Next, forming material (e.g. thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin etc.) is poured into the internal part of dies having been closed, thereby forming in one body the poured forming material and said forming material 10 having been inserted into the gap 8. After opening the dies, formed product 3 is drawn out in the direction A for opening the dies as a perfect formed product. |
