PURPOSE:To enhance crystallizability of magnetic powder and the crystal orientation degree, by grinding and sintering magnetic alloy of single crystal in matrix phase. CONSTITUTION:There are other phases in a single matrix phase of crystal made of rare-earth elements obtained by Czochralski method, Bridgman method, or FZ method. The crystal is heated at 1,100-1,200 deg.C in Ar gas atmosphere and made into solid solution totally or mostly within matrix phase. This alloy is ground to powder 10mu of average diameter and pressure-formed in a magnetic field, after adding 0.5% of lubricant and kneading. A magnet is obtained by sintering at 1,200-1,280 deg.C and aging at 400-1,000 deg.C, after the heat treatment of delubricant. |
