PURPOSE:To process other calls suitably, by connecting an automatic response device if another call is coming, when one line is busy. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call is present based on a call by another caller while the call using a line 1, an incoming signal (call signal in 16Hz) is detected at an interface 4. When the incoming is present, a DC loop switch in the interface 4 is closed for automatic response. In this case, a cross point switch 5 is controlled, and a line 2 without another call, response signal generating section 9 and dial signal receiver are connected via a hybrid circuit 49. A return signal generating section 9 is started for similar operation as an automatic answering telephone. When the caller informs the dial number already, the display of dial number is made at a display device 12. |
