PURPOSE:To obtain the single range of output power source from various input power source by a method wherein, in the transformer having one end of each phase of RST connected to an N-phase terminal, an input terminal, another input terminal having wiring circuits than the above, and one more input terminal having less wiring circuits than the above, and one more input terminal having less wiring circuits than the second input terminal are provided. CONSTITUTION:An R-phase wiring circuit 1, an S-phase wiring circuit 2 and a T-phase wiring circuit are Y-connected, an N-phase input terminal 10 is provided at a meutral point, and a three-phase and four-wiring type transformer is formed. In this constitution, the first R-phase input terminal 4 and the second R-phase terminal 5, which is located at the part having the wiring circuit less than the first terminal 4, are provided on the wiring circuit and the first and the second S-phase input terminals 6 and 7, and the first and the second T-shape input terminals 8 and 9 of the same constitution are connected to the wiring circuits 2 and 3. Then, an R-phase output terminal 11, an S-phase output terminal 12 and a T-phase output terminal 13 located at the part, having less number of wiring circuit of the respective wiring circuit, are connected, and an N-phase output terminal 14 is led out from the neutral point. Thus, a desired output voltage can be obtained even when the input voltage are varied, and this transformer is considered to be suitable for export to foreign countried.
