PURPOSE:To relieve calls related to the attendant board for abnormality of the system, by adding a reader for the state of the attendant board to the attendant board of centralized extensions which are stored in an electronic exchange of the stored program control system. CONSTITUTION:A central control device CC controls connections of a subscriber SUB, an attendant board AAT, and trunks ICT and OGT through a channel system control device SPC and stores state information of calls in a storage device MM. When the abnormality of the system occurs, the device CC relieves calls on a basis of information stored in the device MM; that is, information of the attendant board is read by an attendant board state reader AATRD in respect to calls related to the attendant board when the abnormality of the system occurs, and state information of calls is updated to the latest information to relieve calls. |
