PURPOSE:To omit calculation that causes a delay equivalent to wasteful time, by setting the sequence of calculation opposite to the flow of an object to be heated within a heating tube in case the heating quantity of the heater is estimated by a software model. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a heating oven 1 containing a heating tube 2, a burner 3 plus valves 4 and 5 that control the fuel and the air flow rate, respectively, a software model divides the heating tube into plural pieces and calculates the heat balance of each piece. The number of divisions is decided according to the signal given from a flow meter 8 and the time duration of calculation and by division number n=length of heating tube/{(flowing speed within heating tube)X(time duration of calculation)}. The sequence of calculation is Mn, Mn-1...M1, and exit side temperatures Tn, Tn-1...T1 are calculated with use of the entrance side temperature and the heating quantity Q/n of each model. With the model of Mn, the calculation is successively performed based on the result of calculation of a previous time. And finally the change of T0 is delayed by nXx time duration of calculation to affect Tn. With use of the result of esitmation, the valves 4 and 5 are controlled to change the heating quantity. Thus the fluctuation degree can be controlled to a small value for the exit side temperature. |
