PURPOSE:To shorten the time required to lower the output of engine by a method in which a control valve for working gas flow rate is provided in pathway in working space to control the flow rate of the working gas according to the opening degree of a decelerating valve. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 23 is moved in the left direction to decelerate the speed of an engine, a valve 21 is pushed, a valve 25 is opened, and a working gas is compressed through an exhaust pipe 17 and a decelerating valve 18 by means of a compressor 19 and stored in a storage container 16. At the same time, an oil-pressure piston 26 is pushed, a control valve 10 is throttles, the flow of the working gas in a compression space 6 to an expansion space 5 is interrupted, and the output of the engine is greatly lowered. And, the working gas coming into the compression space 6 is compressed through the exhaust pipe and the decelerating valve 18 by means of the compressor 19 and stored in the storage container 16. |
