PURPOSE:To obtain a cold-setting organopolysiloxane composition capable of forming cured film having excellent storage stability and good electric characteristics from an organopolysiloxane, a specific organic Si compound containing oxime groups, and an organic Al compound. CONSTITUTION:An organopolysiloxane (A), containing 0.05wt% or more OH groups bonded with Si in one molecule and having a viscosity of 2.0cp or more (in a 50% toluene solution at 25 deg.C), is mixed with an organic Si compound (B) containing two or more oxime groups directly bonded with Si in one molecule, represented by the formula[where R<1> is an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, R<2> and R<3> are each H or an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a and b are in the relationship 0<=a<=3.0<=b<=3]in a proportion of 1mol oxime group of the component (B): 1mol silanol of the component (A). Then, the mixture is mixed with 0.1-15wt% organic Al compound (C) (e.g., aluminum naphthenate) on the basis of the total weight of the components (A) and (B). |
