<p>PURPOSE:To exert no influence on control of an existing gas conduit system, by executing an accompanying operation without cutting off a connection between an existing conduit system and a newly established conduit system, when installing a newly established gas conduit system to an existing gas conduit system. CONSTITUTION:In case when a newly established gas concuit system 32 is installed to gas conduit system 31a-31c of existing coke ovens 33a-33c, the conduit system 32 is installed before and behind each of the opening and closing valves 39a-39c of the conduit systems 31a-31c, and is provided with a flow rate controller 42 based on a flow meter 41, a gas booster 43, and a purifying and heat recovery device 44. In this case, one system among the conduit systems 31a-31c, for instance, the opening and closing valve 39a of 31a is opened, and the 39b and 39c are closed. When coke oven C gas flows from the ovens 33a-33c, a part of said gas flows through the conduit systems 31a-31c, and its residual returns to the conduit systems 31a-31c through the conduit system 32. When the opening and closing valve 39a is left opened, the pressure of the conduit systems 31a-31c and that of the conduit system 32 are balanced, and since a state that C gas is led into the device 44 is known by only monitoring the flow meter 41, and it is unnecessary to control pressure by two stages as before.</p> |
