PURPOSE:To reduce the labor of manipulating movie films by arranging a plurality of horizontally rotating discs along a vertical column and by mounting to each disc a drive motor, a pendulum type film-feeding rate control mechanism, a film winding member and guide means. CONSTITUTION:A film is wound to a disc 4 around a winding member 8 which is fitted to the disc 4 and to which the film is connected. After completion of the winding, the winding member 8 is removed, and then a part of the film is taken out from the inner periphery of the wound film and is guided through a predetermined path in a pendulum type control device A. The film is then forwarded to a projector which is not shown, through guide rollers 29, 28. Then an electrical control mechanism 27 is energized for actuating a motor 5 which rotates the feeding and winding disc 4. In association with variations in the thickness of the wound film, in the size of the loop of the film and in the rotational speed, the pendulum type control mechanism A generates signals for controlling the motor 5 to adjust the film feeding rate. Thereby, the labour for manipulating the film is reduced. |
