PURPOSE:To stabilize detection signals and facilitate the exchange and installation of photosensitive materials by forming a light pulse incident electrode of a glass plate having a transparent conductive film and holding a photosensitive material by evacuation and suction effect. CONSTITUTION:A light pulse incident electrode made by forming a transparent conductive film of tin oxide or the like on the surface of a glass plate 22 and forming a transparent insulation film 24 of polyethylene terephthalate or the like on this film is provided opposite to one surface of a photosensitive material 21. A conductive plate 25 formed with an insulation thin film 26 of silicon dioxide or the like is provided on the other surface of the material 21. An O-ring 27 is provided on the thin film 26 of the plate 25, and an evacuating pipe 29 for suction is connected to the aperture penetrating through the plate 25 in part within this O-ring 27. The measurement is accomplished by placing the material 21 on the plate 25, and super- posing the plate 22 having the transparent conductive film thereon, then evacuating the inside of the O-ring with an evacutating pump to adhere the photosensitive material thereto, irradiating light pulses 30 thereto and detecting drift mobility with lead wires 291, 292. |
