PURPOSE:To recover the stack loss heat which is originally discharged via a stack in the form of exhaust gas, and water vapor formed by using the recovered heat is mixed into heating air as humidifying steam. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature combustion gas generated in a combustion chamber 12 in the hot air heater main body 1 is heat exchanged with the heating air at a heat exchanger 14, from which it comes out with its temperature lowered to about 300 deg.C and is introduced into the interior an outer casing 19 of a humidifier main body 2. Then, water inside an inner casing 21 is evaporated, and the combustion gas is discharged as a low-temperature exhaust gas into the atmosphre through the stack 4. The water vapor formed inside the casing 21 is increased in pressure inside the casing 21, enters into a steam taking-out pipe 22 through an opening at the upper end of the pipe 22 flows downward through the pipe 22, then it is forcibly fed as the humidifying steam into the interior of a housing 11 of the heater main body 1 through a steam connecting pipe 24 by the vapor pressure and is mixed into the hot air for heating. The mixture of the hot air for heating and the humidifying steam is passed through a hot air duct 5 and is fed into a room to be heated. |
