Title compds.[I; R1 = H, C1-2 alkyl; R2 = Ia (R5 = H, alkyl, alkyl amino alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, hydroxycarbonyl alkyl, substituted C5-8 cycloalkyl, phenyl; R6 = H, alkyl, alkylamino alkyl, alkoxyalkyl; A = C1-2 alkylene group); R3, R4 = H, Cl, Br, alkyl, alkoxy, lower acyl, hydroxy carbonyl, alkoxy carbonyl, aminocarbonyl, phenyl, trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitrilo, amino; Hal = halogen atom , useful for treatment of arthritis, were prepd. by reacting compd.(II) with amines(III). The reaction of 2,6-diaminobenzo-[1,2-d:5,4-d' -bisthiazole and amino acid(V) was also give compd.(I).
