<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter capable of photographing an image with high resolution while retaining its pattern by exposing an org. polymer applied to a substrate through a mask, developing it, wetting the resulting base material for a filter with a dehydrating soln., and dyeing it. CONSTITUTION:A thin film of an org. polymer with prescribed photographic characteristics is formed on a substrate, exposed through a prescribed mask, and developed. The resulting base material is wetted with a dehydrating soln. to remove water, and it is dyed. By baking said base material after taking out it from an alcohol soln., a base material of higher quality for a filter is obtd. As the dehydrating soln. alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or other ketones is used. The alcohol includes methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, ethylene glycol and 1,3-propanediol.</p> |
