摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the molten steel components in pot at less errors from target values by calculating the charge amount of alloy irons necessary for component adjustment after the end of blowing through the use of the estimation formulas for molten steel component increase amounts and the analytical values through sampling at the end of blowing. CONSTITUTION:Sampling is done at the end of blowing and the analytical values of C, Si, Mn in molten steel analyzed with an analytical apparatus 2 are inputted to a computer 4. When the forming of molten steel is judged to be excessive, the person 3 in charge of blowing inputs the estimated value of decarbonization amount to the computer 4. The computer 4 is beforehand inputted with respective coefficients, constants and special element charge amounts. The computer 4 outputs the amounts of each alloy iron to a display device 8 by the these inputs and the respective formulas of the estimation formula 5 of the molten steel weight in pot, selection 6 of the system based on alloy iron unit prices and calculation formula 7 of charging alloy iron amounts based on the respecitive component balance formulas. The alloy irons are charged into the pot at the tapping 9 based on this display, whereby the component adjustment is accomplished.
