PURPOSE:To set the amount of the movement or the rising and falling positions of the bladder easily without using a spacer by a method wherein the clamping fixture is elevated and dropped in the up and down direction, the amount of the movement or a position of the fixture is detected and the fixture can be positioned at a predetermined location. CONSTITUTION:When a crude tire 4 before vulcanization is fitted on an outer circumference of a lower bead ring and a screw 9 is turned in the reverse direction, the lower clamping fixture 6 is elevated through a cylinder 11 and a hub 10, positioned at a location c set by means of a setter and positioned at the center of the crude tire 4. When a post 7 is dropped by means of a hydraulic pressure cylinder 8, the upper clamping fixture 5 is dropped up to the location c, the upper and lower fixtures 5, 6 fast stick mutually, and the bladder 3 is positioned at the center of the crude tire 4. When the screw 9 is turned in the reverse direction again, the upper and lower clamping fixtures 5, 6 are mutually elevated and dropped at the same distance and up to locations set by means of the setter in the reverse direction, and the bladder 3 is inserted into the crude tire up and down and symmetrically. |
