<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a product having important parts filled sufficiently with resin by a method wherein in zigzag continuous cavities, resistance is given to the flow of fluid resin and squeeze parts are provided in order to stary most of the resin at the neighborhood of an extruding nozzle. CONSTITUTION:When a zigzag continuous resin slide fastener element 1 is manufactured by injecting molten resin into zigzag continuous cavities from nozzles 36 provided in places of the cavities, squeeze parts 34, 35 are provided in important places of the cavities 28, 38. Thus, the resin flowing into the cavity 28 receives a large passage resistance at these squeeze parts 34, 35, the amounts flowing into parts 32, 34 are restricted to a certain degree and produce a product having a large amount of staying resin at parts 30, 31.</p> |
