<p>PURPOSE:To permit online measurement of the actual moisture content of coal blend by measuring the moisture of the coal blend by a 1st IR absorption type moisture meter and measuring the moisture of the coal blend subjected to water spraying by the 2nd IR absorption type moisture meter, then calculating the actual moisture content by the specific equation. CONSTITUTION:The moisture of the coal blend is first measured by the 1st IR absorption type moisture meter. Water is then sprayed to the coal blend and the moisture of the coal blend subjected to the water spraying is measured by the 2nd IR absorption type moisture meter.
