<p>Cyano-guanidines having imino-alkyl and amino-nitrile structures, characterized by the general formula: (FORMULA) wherein R is an alkyl residue from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or wherein R1 is the residue 2-((2-guanidino-4-thiazolyl)-methylthio)-ethyl, or wherein R1 is the residue 2-((5-dimethylamino-methyl-2-furan yl)-methylthio)-ethyl, or wherein R1 is the residue 2-((3-methoxy-2-pyridinyl)-methylthio)-ethyl, or wherein R1 is the residue 2-((3-ethoxy-2-piyridinyl)-methylthio)-ethyl.
