<p>The attachment for a tip onto the high heel of a shoe allows it to be renewed, and consists of a pin driven into the sleeve (2) in the shoe heel. The pin is in the form of a plastics expander sleeve (4) into which a nail is driven, after the tension sleeve has been inserted. The expander sleeve (4) has a polygonal (hexagonal) cross-section, and has three lengthwise slits (9,10,11) round its shaft.</p> |
