PURPOSE:To miniaturize and simplifying with a less number of parts by monolithic arrangement of ring oscillation circuit or the like along with division circuits and driving circuits. CONSTITUTION:Quartz oscillators or the like are eliminated by monolithic arrangement of a ring oscillator circui 51, a division circuit 52, a variable division circuit 55, a driving circuit 53 and the like in a static induction transistor logic. This reduces the number of parts while simplifying a minaturizing the construction of a watch. This is the same with CR oscillator circuit or the like when used in place of the ring oscillator circuit. |
