INTERNET LEGAL CONSULTING SERVICE METHOD BY CASE-WISE SPECIALIZED LAWYERS

PURPOSE: An internet legal consulting service method by case-wise specialized lawyers is to provide a legal consulting service by a relevant specialized lawyer with a legal consulting schedule when the customer requests legal consultation on the internet. CONSTITUTION: A system for an internet legal consulting service by case-wise specialized lawyers carries out a function to provide a legal consulting service by connecting a relevant, specialized lawyer when a customer(10) requests legal consultation on the internet and is configured of an internet legal consulting system(20) and case-wise specialized lawyers(50). The internet legal consulting system(20) is comprised of a case database(22), a case inquiry system(21) and a CTI(Computer Telephone Integration) system(23). The case database(22) stores records about cases and relevant specialized lawyers. The case inquiry system(21) helps the customer(10) inquire the case database(22) to get legal consultation. The CTI system(23) informs a relevant specialized lawyer by an automatic telephone that there is a legal consultation from the customer(10) and makes the lawyer input a legal consulting schedule to his telephone.
