<p>PURPOSE:To form an ruggedly shape of good design eliminating taking in of bubbles into the hardened material by an electron beam hardeing material on a rugged mold material and then removing the mold. CONSTITUTION:A liquid 3 having electron beam hardening property is applied on an indented surface formed on a mold material 1 using an applying device 2. After preheating the surface by a heater 7, the liquid 3 is hardened by an EB irraidator 4 and, if necessary, postheated by a heater 8. The hardened material is then removed from the mold material 1. When necessary, vibration is given during this procedure using a vibrator 6 after applying the liquid 3. By this method, a rugged printed material on which minute indentation of the mold is reproduced can be obtained.</p> |
