PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a load controller, which has a control circuit using an IC, etc., without deteriorating the quality of equipments, by inhibiting the driving of a load by the output of an unstable voltage detecting circuit for a power voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is put to work, the unstabilized power source VA and stabilized power source VB of a power circuit 1 which supplies voltage to a control circuit 2 rise in voltage from zero, but when the stabilized power source VB supplying the voltage to the control circuit is unstable at a low level where the operation of the control circuit 2 is not secured, the control of a control element 4 is inhibited by the output of a voltage detecting circuit 5, inhibiting the driving of a load 3. When the stabilized power source VB goes to the level of the operation securing voltage of the control circuit 2, the output of the voltage detecting circuit 5 releases the control circuit 2 from being reset, and also releases the inhibited driving of the control element 4 at the same time. Therefore, the load when the power voltage is unstable does not malfunction at all. |
