PURPOSE:To increase the degree of sanitation by mixing and stirring a mixture of gas and liquid into which nitrogen gas is injected in the form of fine bubbles using a nitrogen gas injection device, in piping and ejecting/diffusing the mixture gas in the form of fine particles. CONSTITUTION:In a nitrogen gas injection device, nitrogen gas is injected, in the form of fine bubble, from a hydrogen gas source through piping 10 equipped with a pressure regulation valve 7, a flow rate regulation valve and a check valve. A mixture of water to be treated and nitrogen gas is injected into a breaking tank 6 in the form of fine particle through a sprayer 5, and the the discharge of oxygen dissolved in the water to be treated is prompted by a sudden pressure drop and the water coming in contact with nitrogen gas in the form of fine particle. the nitrogen gas supplied from purge piping 14 for the breaking tank and the oxygen gas released into the breaking tank are discharged into the atmosphere. Thus the oxygen dissolved in the water is prompted. |
