PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned device capable of obtaining the film of a high quality with a simple device by a method wherein the flat tubular film is oriented transversally by a pair of left and right pulleys and endless belts for orientation both provided in a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The flat tubular film A is oriented transversally in the heating chamber by pinching the rim parts of both sides to be bent between the pulleys 1, 1' for orientation and the belts 2, 2' for orientation. The film is cut with the cutting edges 12, 12 of a cutter 11 into front and rear films A1, A1 and a nonoriented rim part A2 having a constant width, subsequently, each of them are taken up by a film take-up mechanism 22 and a film take-out mechanism 4 respectively and thus the oriented films A1, A1 may be obtained. |
