PURPOSE:To prevent interference by providing a flat mirror which crosses at a right angle with a scribing line of a diffraction grating, inputting and reflecting a plurality of laser lights from the incident plane in the direction of a blaze angle and its vicinity at the different incident angles of the vicinity of 45 deg., feeding back the parts of the lights, fixing the wavelengths, collecting the other part of the lights in the same direction by other grating, and synthesizing the light. CONSTITUTION:The flat mirror 2 is arranged at a right angle with the scribing lines of the grating. The parallel lights with the wavelength lambdaa which are inputted from the direction (a) in the vicinity of 45 deg. in a plane W are reflected 2, and advance to the direction (e). The directions (a) and (e) are parallel. The lights inputted from the direction (b) follow the same pattern. When the lights from a laser 4 in the plane W are made parallel by a collimator lens 3 and inputted at an angle 4a, the laser lights of lambdaa are fed back to the laser, and the oscillating wavelength is fixed to lambdaa. The same pattern is applied to other lasers 5 and 6. In this case, the directions of the spectral dispersion of each laser cross at a right angle with the plane W by the arrangement of another grating 7. Therefore the lights are not inputted to the other laser and the cross talk is not generated. |
