PURPOSE:To obtain suitable coils for heat resistance motors, heat resistance transformers or the like by making coils by using heat resistance insulating wires covered with inorganic insulaing sealing layers wherein silicon group resin or a mixture of the silicon group resin and high melting point inorganic powder is provided at the space sections among coil lines and the external surfaces of the coils. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic substances 2 consisting of glass and a crystalline inorganic substance are coated and covered on the surfaces of conductors 1 composing of copper wires, copper alloy wires, aluminium wires, aluminium alloy wires or the like. Or the same material as the inorganic substances 5 for wire fixing used later may be acceptable. Next, conductors 1 covered with ceramic substances 2 are wound in coil shape and silicon group resin or an inorganic material layer 5 for wire fixing mixed high melting point inorganic powder such as glass powder, alumina, titanic acid barium or the like with the silicon group resin is filled or covered and coated in the space among these lines and at least a part of the external surface sections of coils. In this way, high heat and shock resistance will be obtained and space factor becomes good as well. |
