PURPOSE:To make movable coils to have themselves an action of magnetic yoke to decrease magnetic resistance, and to miniaturize and to decrease weight having the same propulsion at the movable coil type linear motor by a method wherein the movable coil is manufactured using a conductor consisting of a magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:At the linear motor being equipped with magnets 7a, 7b to form stator on outside magnetic field yokes 8a, 8b, and being arranged with the movable coils 5 between the inside magnetic field yoke 6, the movable coils 5 are manufactured by winding around the conductor consisting of the magnetic material of iron, nickel, etc. Accordingly because the movable coils 5 themselves act as the magnetic yokes, magnetic resistances between the magnetic field yokes and the magnets are decreased to enable to realize miniaturization and decrease of weight without decreasing propulsion. |
