The infra-red oven and grill is heated by gas, and is positioned inside a casing which is not hermetically sealed. The heat can be adjusted to ten positions, to effect savings in heat, and the casing (1) can be dismantled and transported. A generator (2) is on top of the casing which contains the turn-spit and the drive. The inside of the casing is accessible via a door. A plate (8) inside the casing circulates the air between the two sides.
