PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a hybrid integrated circuit device by adjusting the resistance value by using other suitable electrode instead of an exclusive electrode for measuring the resistance value, thereby reducing the size of a circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:An exclusively measuring electrode necessary only to measure the resistane value when adjusting the resistance value of a resistor 1 is eliminated, the resistor 1 is connected via a conductor 5 to a suitable external lead electode 3 or other adequate electrode 4 in the step of forming a circuit pattern, and the electrode 3 or 4 is utilized as an electrode 6 for measuring the resistane value when adjusting the resistance value of the resistor 1. After the resistance value of the resistor 1 is adjusted, the conductor 5 is cut at a suitable position by a method such as, a laser trimming or the like, and a predetermined circuit can be obtined. Thus, a margin of the area of the circuit substrate can be produced in the magnitude of the occupying area of the electrode exclusively for measuring, and the size of the circuit substrate can be reduced. |
