The arrangement has a pipe end (43) exhibiting distributed notches and an annular groove (53) with a casing (41) on periphery of the pipe (23). The annular groove circulates the notches at an inner side of the pipe, and the casing covers the notches. The casing has an inner surface (64) that fits circularly on a peripheral surface (35) of a shaft shoulder (22). The casing exhibits a wall thickness that corresponds to the depth of the annular groove.
