Display box filling machine - has feed conveyor with spacing and turning devices for objects prior to lifting into partitioned box

The box filling machine has a conveyor (1) which drops the articles e.g. sweets on the plate (2). This plate is inclined at an angle of 22 degrees to the horizontal. The plate guides the articles onto a slow moving conveyor (3). The remainder of the articles travel to the overflow conveyor (4). The articles cross the bridge (5) onto another conveyor (6) which is fitted with baffles which align the product. The articles are turned the right way up by guides and are transported by a return conveyor (9) after which they are aligned and picked up and placed into partitioned boxes.
