PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of a resin magnet by preventing the thermal deterioration of kneaded material and uniformly dispersing ferrite powder, thereby stabilizing the physical properties thereof and enabling the production of kneaded composition. CONSTITUTION:Kneaded material of less than 90vol% of a container mechanically sealed containing matrix of ferrite powder and rubber, plastic or the like and small amount of additive is filled in the container, agitating blades are rotated at high speed to rapidly raise the temperature of the composition, rotated for several minutes until the dispersion of the ferrite powder and the matrix become uniform, and then the material is sufficiently kneaded at the speed lower by 80% of the high speed rotation to prevent the thermal deterioration thereof. Subsequently, the material is kneaded at temperature of the range at 10 deg.C as high as the melting point of the matrix, and then granulated in a tank having cooling and agitating function and pulverizing function. Thus, the physical properties thereof can be stabilized, the kneading conditions can be stabilized in long term continuous kneading, and high productivity can be automated due to shortening of the time. |
