PURPOSE:To enable to verify even in the darkness that an alarm setting device is set at a sounding position by operating a light emitting body for verifying the sounding position setting in the alarm setting device by flowing a very small current for a specified short period. CONSTITUTION:A clock means 3 havig a reference mechanism is set so that an alarm is actuated at a desired time, and a setting button 2 is set at the sounding position. Then, a switch 6 is closed. At this time, a time switch 4 is opened, and a sounding means 5 is not operated. But in a set verifying means 9 which is connected in parallel with the sounding means 5, a current flows through a pilot lamp 8 via a capacitor 7, the lamp 8 is lit for a specified short period unitl the capacitor is fully charged, and the fact that the alarm setting means is securely set to the sounding position can be recognized. When the clock means 3 comes to the time at which the alarm is to be actuated, the switch 4 is closed, and the sounding means 5 operates. In this constitution, the setting of the sounding position can be verified. |
