The mixt. of phospho dinucleases were prepd. by mixed ferm. Thus, 0.5% of penicillium citrinum T-4310 and Aspergillus niger D-114 were inoculated in culture media which contained 1Kg of rice bran and 0.6l of water, and fermented at 26oC for 6 days. 2.4l of crude enzyme ext. was concentrated in vacuum condition, treated with 3 times of EtOH(72%), filtered and vacuum dried to give 17.06g of dry powder enzymes.
