PURPOSE:To enable in-row winding of motor wire by providing light weight flyer of simple construction having wireguide hole at its tip and by sending wire in such a pitch so that the least angle of delay of wire coincides the least angle of delay of condition for in-row winding. CONSTITUTION:Wire 12, guided by wire guide 17 of flyer 14, is delivered in a direction of arrow 18 in such a pitch as the minimum angle of delay of condition for in-row winding, until it is wound around spool 11. By this way, angle of delay alpha0 of wire 12 is always within a small range from alpha0/4 to 3.5 to satisfy condition for in-row winding. Namely, light weight flyer of quite simple construction provided with guide hole facilitates in-row winding. |
