<p>An installation for making casting moulds comprises a movable sand jet (2) and a canting-removing device (3) mounted on a common frame (1). The canting mechanism consists of two disks (4) spaced from one another and provided with a drive turning the canting-removing device (3) in a vertical plane in relation to their horizontal axis. Between the disks (4) are fixed sections (11, 12) of roller tables between which a two-sided submould plate (13) with lower and upper gated patterns (14, 15) is placed. The removing mechanism comprises actuating cylinders (16) for displacement of the plate (13) with the gated patterns (14, 15). The support (1) carries two edged roller tables (18, 19) on which empty mould boxes (25, 26) are delivered to the canting-removing device (3) and formed mould boxes are returned. </p> |
