PURPOSE:To enable to perform the pressure-resistance test between a stator coil and a stator by burying a conductive coil spring communicating a molded resin surface with a stator end in the molded resin. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 wound around with a stator coil 3 together with an end bracket 4 is arranged in a female metal mold 13 and a male metal mold 14, whereby a coil spring 12 is arranged being put to the inside wall of the female mold 13 and to the end of the outer circumferential side of the stator 2. In said state, the molded resin 11 is injected from a gate 15 to perform mold forming. After mold forming, the metal molds are removed and a rotor assembly is inserted into the stator 2 to complete the assembly. Thereby the coil spring exposed on the molded resin surface and the stator coil terminal are utilized to perform the pressure-resistance test. |
