The pourer consists of a sleeve (1) which fits inside the neck of the bottle and has a flanged end fitting over the edge (13) of the bottle. The cylinder has a bottom opening (2) and a valve seat (3) which is conical. The central stopper (8) is fitted with side openings (9) and is pressed into the top centre of the cylinder. The stopper has a central cylinder (7). The pourer is fitted with a central stem valve (4) with the stem pointing upwards when the bottle is upright to close the bottle.
