The pressure reducer valve (1) fits into the main pipe (10) using an adaptor (11) attached to the it. It consists of a cylinder with a smooth internal bore. The top end of the cylinder has an end flange (15) with an internal thread (24). An internal labyrinth is fitted with an external thread and screwed into the cylinder. The labyrinth has passages to break down the liquid pressure before the discharge orifice (29). The plug is removed by a central bar (25).
